1. Adjust height controller on aid to comfortably fit nostrils. Remove height controller if not needed .
2. Carefully insert aid into nostrils. When inserted, you may feel a little pressure.
3. You may feel some pressure when wearing it, but if the pain persists, stop using it.
4. Thoroughly wash after use with soap and water. Allow to dry completely. Store in a cool, dry place until next use.
